Our machine line is a brand new TCO (Twin Cardening Opener) from Dellorco & Villani in Prato, Italy.

It is a high-tech machine with a combination of mechanical recycling and a digital control center for adjustments of machine settings.

It is a small scale recycling line with a capacity of max 400 kg per hour.
We process less, because we feed manually for best results. The scale allows us to be very flexible in terms of volumes, colors and testing of materials.

The TCO can work with many kinds of materials, this one is set up specifically for coarser wools and similar fibers.
